MUSLIM HISTORY OF ORAL SEX
Oral sex refers to the sexual stimulation of the genitalia with the tongue and/or mouth. Oral stimulation of the male genitalia is called fellatio, whilst oral stimulation of the female genitalia is called cunnilingus.
Most scholars say oral sex is either permissible or disliked. Some modern day scholars said it was prohibited, but there is no explicit text from the Qur'an or authentic hadith which prohibits the practice. Early Arabic and Islamic literature indicates that oral sex was a practice known amongst the pre-Islamic Arabs.
Muslim attitudes towards oral sex significantly changed in the 20th century following the colonisation of the Arab world and Africa. Colonised Muslims appeared to adopt a Victorian Christian morality towards sexual behaviour where oral sex was considered 'dirty' and 'ignoble.' Many modern scholars said oral sex was "disliked" (makruh) despite there being no Qur'anic verse or authentic hadith prohibiting the practice.

The Victorian Christians had a reserved attitude towards sex and sexuality. Oral sex was considered a sin, taboo, and/or abnormal.
20th Century
Salafi and Asian scholars said oral sex is prohibited (haram) or disliked (makruh):
“As for a woman sucking the private part of a man, then this is haram not allowed. This is because a man will ejaculate and when he ejaculates prostatic fluid will be emitted and it is impure by consensus. So if it enters her mouth then her stomach, then sometimes it can lead to sickness.” - Shaykh bin Baz reportedly passed the verdict that oral sex is haram
“This [oral sex] is the action of dogs.” - Shaykh al-Albani
21st Century
Al-Azhar scholars such as Shaykh al-Qaradawi, Dr. Abdul Ra’ouf and Dr. Ali Jum’ah said oral sex is permissible between a husband and wife.
“In conclusion, it has become clear now that oral sex is not prohibited, but it is not the normal choice for committed Muslims and Muslimahs. That’s, despite that oral sex is not Haram, it is completely disgusting and does not conform to the pure taste and decency of a Muslim personality.” – Islamonline
